Ready to ship pieces will ship out within 3 business days of order placement. You will receive notification when item ships. Due to COVID-19 the time-in-transit for shipping may be delayed.

Do you provide local delivery or pick-up?

We are unable to provide these options at this time.


Our policy lasts 15 days once you've received the item. If 15 days have gone by since delivery of your item unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must email with notification and reason for your return.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are liable for the return postage fee.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

What materials are your jewelry?

All metals are nickel free. Sterling silver is .925% silver. Gold colored pieces are generally 14k, 16k, or 18k gold plated or gold-filled brass. Rhodium plated brass is also used for silver colored botanical pieces.

Do you do custom work?

Custom work is done occasionally & it depends on the project. All custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable and require a deposit. All inquiries are welcome within reason. Keep in mind with botanicals that they depend highly upon availability and size of botanicals. Also, some botanicals just don't lend themselves to being showcased well.
